To create a sustainable sub brand for Backdrop that could expand their product offerings while staying true to their bold identity. I designed a new packaging system that would reduce waste and feel approachable for a design conscious audience. I aimed to build a full ecosystem of supporting products that worked together as a cohesive, thoughtful line.
Objective
I explored materials and color systems to create an authentic foundation for the brand. The packaging system included paint powder sachets, color swatch cards, and secondary packaging, all designed with vibrant colors and clean layouts to reflect Backdrop’s bold aesthetic. SCENE expands the parent brand by offering a fresh and environmentally conscious alternative that feels modern and accessible.
